SpiderTech, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 205756208, Julis, Israel, which operates Fieldix, works to make the fieldix.net website and the service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 (the Service Accessibility Regulations).
Conformance level
This website has been adapted to Israeli Standard IS 5568 Part 1 (September 2023) at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0. It partially conforms — see "Known limitations" below. We additionally aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we have done
The site provides semantic structure with headings and landmark regions; a skip-to-content link at the top of every page; keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator; AA text contrast; page language and reading direction set for Hebrew, English and Arabic; and respect for the system reduce-motion setting. The site has no forms, video, audio or downloadable documents.
Keyboard and assistive technology
You can navigate the whole site with a keyboard. It is built to work with screen readers and with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack), we have not yet tested text-only enlargement (without zooming the whole page) in every browser and device, and we have checked 200% zoom by hand only at common screen sizes. In those situations some parts may not display or be read out correctly. If you meet a barrier, please tell us.
Accessibility of the service
The Fieldix service is provided through a mobile app, which has not yet launched in the stores; an accessibility statement for the app will be published when it launches. Support is available by phone, WhatsApp message and email using the details below. If you need help, an explanation or information about the service in another accessible form, contact us and we will adapt how we respond as far as we can.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you meet an accessibility problem on the site or in the service, or need information in another accessible form, contact us by phone at +972 54-887-9522 (call or WhatsApp message) or by email at spidertech.hq@gmail.com, and tell us the page, the problem and the browser or assistive technology you used. Such a report is also a demand to fix under regulation 35A(d)(1) of the Service Accessibility Regulations: we will give you the information or service in an accessible alternative as soon as possible, and fix the problem within a reasonable time and no later than 60 days after we receive the report.
